About AppCafe Resume

resume.appcafe.in is part of the AppCafe.in family of apps. It lets you capture your professional profile once, then generate polished, print-ready resumes in multiple templates — exported as PDF or Word — from your desktop or phone.

What it does

Free to use

AppCafe Resume is currently completely free: unlimited resume generations, every template, and both PDF and Word export. If that ever changes, limits will be clearly shown in the app before they apply — nothing you've already created is ever taken away.

Disclaimer

  • Your content, your responsibility. Resumes are generated from the information you provide. Please verify every detail (names, dates, claims) before sending a resume to an employer — you are responsible for its accuracy and truthfulness.
  • Import is best-effort. The resume importer uses rule-based text extraction; it can misread unusual layouts. Always review the parsed data — nothing is saved until you confirm it.
  • No outcome guarantees. A well-formatted resume helps, but AppCafe Resume makes no promises about interview calls, ATS acceptance by any specific system, or hiring outcomes.
  • Formatting variations. Word (.docx) output can render slightly differently across Word versions and viewers; the PDF is the authoritative visual format.
  • References & third-party data. Only include other people's details (e.g. referees) with their consent.
